Go Within With Greater Ease – 30 min. Clearing / Aligning Meditation – ONLINE VIA ZOOM

Begin Each Day of this hectic winter season with 30 min. of clearing and aligning to Your Wisdom!

The only thing you will follow is YOU and YOUR Wisdom.

We will spend 30 min. together in Meditation learning and remembering further HOW to clear one's energetic body and aligning to one's Wisdom. As we breathe and go within we will clear what is in our way of a day of stillness centered productivity and from knowing and honoring our Wisdom. When one knows one's worth, and is connected to one's Wisdom, one is able to speak up and engage in the moment.

You want to speak your truth?

Great! The first step is to clear and align any fear, self-doubt, shame and those cousins of fear! This way you can set boundaries as needed by speaking their truth.

Clearing and Aligning are the beginning steps of Meditation and Self Care for our Mental Chatter, Emotional Well Being and Energetic Self.

When done routinely, one experiences sustained connection and joy!

IMPORTANT TECHNOLOGY NOTE:

You will need to have Zoom downloaded on your computer since this is a ONLINE Video Conference Event.

You will get an email from Tina a few days prior to event with the Zoom Video Conference Code.

 

IMPORTANT SELF CARE NOTE 

In order to get the most benefit from these mornings together:

  1. Avoid caffeine, sugars and heavy foods prior to our Meditation.

  2. Stretch the body and open it up so that sitting is not uncomfortable.

  3. Be well propped so you are comfortable.

  4. Have a quiet room to sit in where you are not interrupted.

  5. Please Note - no pets are allowed in the room.

  6. Please plan on having your camera on for the call. We all show up in bath robes etc.

  7. Allow oneself some down time post session so as to integrate and rest.

  8. Drink plenty of water.

  9. An epsom salt bath is always nice post session. (be aware of any health concerns for you)
